Fresh-Dug, Overwintered Carrots!! These carrots were not able to be harvested last fall and overwintered in the hilled rows. They will be sold with soil on them to preserve freshness and can remain in a bag in the refrigerator until washing and use. They will be sold by the pound, any quantity!
They are sweet and awesome for many recipes, check out our recipes section for ideas!
